Phase 1 of Trunk Training focuses on stabilization of the trunk (or core) and hip mobility which is important for wrestlers.  This phase also introduces the 4 basic core movements flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral flexion in addition to their anti-movements.

Phase 2 of Trunk Training focuses on the 4 basic core movements flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral flexion in addition to their anti-movements.

Phase 3 of Trunk Training helps transfer energy from the trunk (core), to more specific movements in wrestling with consideration to the 4 basic core movements flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral flexion.

These are supplemental to your regular sports' training, but crucial in developing athletic core to become efficient in strength & power and remain relatively injury free.

Included in this program are comprehensive, detailed 16 minute, 13 minute (plus 30 minute workout), and 6 minute videos demonstrating the drills in real time with explanation.  You will also receive 3 cheat sheets to download/print.  Additionally, 3 one on one thirty-minute video analysis (one during each phase) are included to ensure you're on track to have a breakout year!
